who we are

The name Lunera was inspired by the idea of clarity through reflection. Just as the moon reflects light in darkness, Lunera is built around helping people see what may not always be immediately visible—whether within a business, a personal path, or creative expression.

Lunera was founded on decades of real-world experience in hospitality leadership, operations, and creative entrepreneurship. Through Lunera Consulting, the work focuses on helping hospitality and event-based businesses better understand their numbers, strengthen their operations, and build sustainable growth.

Many businesses struggle not because of a lack of passion, but because they lack clarity in their financial and operational strategy. Lunera exists to help bring that clarity—supporting business owners in identifying opportunities, improving performance, and making confident, informed decisions.

Lindsey founded Lunera Collective with a vision of helping people and businesses gain clarity where it matters most. With more than 15 years of experience in hospitality leadership and entrepreneurship, she understands the real-world challenges that come with running operations, managing teams, and navigating financial performance.

Through Lunera Consulting, Lindsey helps hospitality businesses identify operational inefficiencies and hidden profit leaks by analyzing key financial indicators such as labor cost, cost of goods, and prime cost performance.

In addition to her industry experience, Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Challenging Behaviors. She received the Presidential Award through the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) and demonstrated strong analytical ability through the CLA+ Critical Thinking Assessment.
